What to include in a bug report
- • The tool you were using and the action you attempted.
- • Your browser and operating system.
- • The exact error message, if one appeared.
- • Whether the problem affects every file or a specific type, such as a password-protected or very large PDF.
Please do not email contracts, IDs, financial records, medical documents, signature images, or other sensitive files. A plain description or a non-sensitive sample made for the report is safer.
