Using the service

StampAPDF provides free browser-based tools for routine PDF tasks. You may use them for lawful personal or business purposes. You must have the right to open, alter, convert, and download every document and image you use with the service.

Your documents

PDF processing happens on your device. You are responsible for keeping source files and checking every output before relying on it, sharing it, printing it, deleting an original, or submitting it to another party. Browser, memory, file-format, or document defects can affect a result.

Signatures and formal documents

The Stamp & Sign tool places an image on a PDF. It does not issue a signing certificate, verify identity, or create the same tamper evidence as a certificate-based digital signature. You are responsible for confirming that the selected method meets the recipient's rules and any legal or regulatory requirements. Information on this site is general guidance, not legal advice.

Availability

StampAPDF offers the service as available and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, support for every PDF, or preservation of the current feature set. StampAPDF may correct, change, or discontinue features. Where the law permits, StampAPDF is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an unchecked output or failing to retain a source copy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe copyright, forge or falsify records, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, distribute malware, disrupt the site, or carry out unlawful or abusive activity.
