Your documents

Your web browser processes PDF files on your device. When you merge, split, rotate, stamp, watermark, or convert a document, the file is never uploaded to our servers. Your browser does the work and saves the result to your device.

Saved stamp & signature images

The Stamp & Sign tool lets you save small images (such as a signature or company stamp) to a library so you can reuse them. StampAPDF stores these images in its database, scoped to an anonymous id in your browser cookie, so only that browser can list or remove them on a later visit. Do not save images you are not comfortable storing; you can delete any saved image at any time using the × button in the library, which removes it from our database.

Analytics and advertising

StampAPDF uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and may use Google AdSense to fund the free tools. These services can receive ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device details, referring page, visited page, and approximate location derived from the request. They do not receive the contents of the PDF files processed in your browser.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to StampAPDF or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalised ads based on visits to this and other sites on the internet. Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies in your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers as a result of ad serving on StampAPDF.

Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Data we do not collect

We do not require accounts, do not collect names or email addresses through the PDF tools, and do not see the contents of the PDF files you work with. If you contact us by email, we receive your message and email address so we can read and respond to your enquiry.

Your choices

You can decline or delete browser cookies through your browser settings, use Google Ads Settings to control ad personalisation, and delete any image in the saved stamp library with its remove button. Blocking some storage or scripts may affect saved-library, analytics, or advertising features, but the core PDF tools process documents on your device.
